What do you like about the residency program? This is a big program with enormous support from senior residents, nursing/administrative staff, and faculty which provide an opportunity to learn and practice medicine. In addition, program emphasizes on resident well-being. There are opportunities for research and publications. Above all, I love summers of Upstate Newyork.
